QHSE POLICY STATEMENT

We, MARK Technologies Co. for Gen Trd & Cont W.L.L, specialised in Project Management, Construction (Civil, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical & Instrumentation), Field Services, Valve Maintenance and Operations & Maintenance of Oil and Gas Facilities.

We are committed to:

• Identify internal & external issues and interested parties that are relevant to the quality &   environmental management and apply them in management systems, procedures and services
• Employ effective operations management skills for ensuring provision of our services as per technical, financial and time target requirements specified by our customers.
• Provide good quality products and services ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• Utilize appropriate resources including skilled personnel, equipment and material for fulfilling customer needs.
• Prevent Environmental Pollution, reducing waste with the objective of minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment and also conserve natural resources.
• Working towards the prevention of occupational injury and ill health.
• Continual Improvement in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System by improving our processes, products and services in a safe manner and also by defining and reviewing QHSE Objectives, Targets and Programs.
• Actively encourage total personal commitment and safe attitude to ensure safe & healthy working condition for all our Employees, Customers, sub-contractors and Vendors.
• Comply with relevant Kuwait HSE Legislations and other applicable requirements relating to Quality, Environment and Health & Safety in a socially responsible manner.
• Strict compliance of Customers Health & Safety Rules and its enforcement procedure.
• Communicate QHSE Policy to our employees and all other interested parties
• Enhance client and interested party satisfaction with respect to Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety.
